The Firm

  • Petrillo Architecture is a boutique architectural design firm specializing in works of distinction. The firm was established in 2000 with the understanding that Architecture is about people and their needs with every project having a unique program of requirements. Their designs not only solve problems but create image, lifestyle and purpose through Architecture.

Our Projects

  • Our work includes custom homes, additions / renovations, historic rehabilitations and specialty outbuildings including barns, pools cabanas and guest cottages. Notable projects include: Custom Homes within the Hartley Farms Estates in New Vernon, Additions and Restorations within the Short Hills Park, Llewellyn Park and Franklin Corners Historic Districts as well as a Custom Designed Home for Adults with Autism.

Principal

  • Jay Michael Petrillo, AIA has been a licensed architect in the State of New Jersey since 1989. He received an undergraduate degree in architecture from The Catholic University and a masters degree in architectural design from the University of Maryland. In 2000 Jay founded the firm of Petrillo Architecture and has had the pleasure of working with many clients on a diverse group of projects.
